Read moreThe food at this place is undeniably good, but the consistently awful service has made me decide never to return. We've given this restaurant three tries, hoping things would improve, but each time, we've been met with the same negative behaviors. The waiters are incredibly pushy, pressuring you to order food right away. If you just want drinks, prepare to be ignored – trying to get their attention to order more drinks or pay is nearly impossible, as they'll actively avoid eye contact, and wouldn’t even give one smile or any form of acknowledgements.
On one occasion, we ordered a beer, and without any consultation, they brought out the largest size (1L), clearly trying to inflate the bill, so be very specific if you come to this restaurant and order anything. Also, they will provide water to the table and pour it into cups (keep in mind that you have to pay for it) without us even asking for the water, so we are left paying extra for something we didn’t want, despite us very obviously having our own bottles. They also completely forgot one of our meals, by the time it finally arrived, everyone else had finished eating. Adding to this, they were incredibly pushy about the tip, circling the tip section on the bill in an uncomfortable manner (despite already charging us the cover charge). It's a real shame because the food is great, but the consistently cold and borderline dishonest service makes for a thoroughly...

The hospitality is second to none. Every staff member was genuinely welcoming, attentive without being overbearing, and eager to make sure we felt at home. It is rare to find a place where you are treated not just as a guest, but as a friend.
The drinks were exceptional—crafted with care, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Whether enjoying a classic Italian coffee or a refreshing cocktail, every sip was a delight.
The food was outstanding—fresh, authentic, and prepared with such love and passion that each dish told its own story of Roman tradition. Every bite was a reminder of why Trastevere is known for its culinary heart.
But what truly sets this café apart is the service. It elevated the entire experience, turning a simple meal into a memory. The staff anticipated needs before we even voiced them, and their joy in serving made the evening unforgettable.
This is not just a café—it is a place where food, drink, and hospitality come together to create something special. A true gem...
