Εξαιρετικό μέρος! 5 stars are not enough to give to this place. We tried many of their pizzas, salads and one of their burgers. Everything was of high quality and extremely tasty. We found this place by accident but turned out to be a gem. The buffalo cheese pizza and salmon salad are our favourite. The price might seem high to some but it's definitely worth it! You can choose how many slices of pizza you want and how big or small you want them. It's the best pizza we had in Italy. What distinguishes their pizza, is that it doesn't leave you full and bloated afterwards! We could eat pizza late at night and still go to bed without feeling heavy. The stuff is always very smiley, even behind the mask and they are very kind and helpful. This place is not a restaurant but their pizza is way better than any restaurants pizza. It has some chairs and tables outside and you have a lovely street view of trastevere. I'll miss their delicious food. I would definitely visit this place again and I suggest that you...
Read moreI saw this place on a video on the YouTube channel "Roma Rozier" about the best places for street food in Rome. I had just gotten off an 11 hour flight and was determined that this would be my first bite of Italy. We took the train from the hotel in Fiumicino to Trastevere, then walked a lot farther than I thought to find it. I had only an over-microwaved ham and cheese croissant for the last 6 hours, so I was starving. Had a slice of pizza with porcini mushrooms and (I think) potatoes, that was amazing. but it was the suppli classico that I really came for, and it did not disappoint! But the main reason I chose it was because my wife is vegan and they have a vegan burger on the menu, which she had. From the first bite, she was making all kinds of nom-nom sounds. What a great way to start a 9 day food odyssey which just got better...
Read moreWe stayed 5 days in the Trastevere neighborhood, which is known for its excellent eclectic and traditional cuisine, and this was one of our favorite places to stop and eat dinner. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The food was hearty, delicious, and exactly what we needed after a long day of tourist-ing around Rome. What's more, is that it's budget-friendly, so you don't have to worry about breaking the bank here. We would definitely come back to Sesamo, even if we weren't staying in Trastevere. Don't hesitate to pop in and check them out for yourself! PS - We ordered the Italiano and the chicken burgers, with pulled pork poppers (drooling) and...
