Read moreTL:DR; The best Pizza I've had so far in my life.
I've had a lot of fantastic pizza in a lot of great places. I used to live next to a an first generation Italian family during my time in Bayonne NJ, and I used to have my lunch for 3 years at another first gen italian place right on Hudson river. Along with all of this, I've had Pizza at atleast 50 different great places all over NYC. With that said, Suppli was the best pizza I've had in my entire life. The Tomato-Garlic pizza with it's favors was fantastic. I didn't ever know you can make a pizza without cheese let alone enjoy it immensely. The Margarita with Mozerella De Buffalo is second to none. The cheese just melts in your mouth and now back in the states, I'm salivating at the thought of having the margarita.

True to it's name 'Suppli' which was a working class dish, especially in Trastevere which was a working class neighborhood everything here is reasonable. If you've ever had food at a food truck, and wouldn't mind eating food standing, you'll feel right at home here. Saved us a ton of money. We dined here thrice and every-time it was
