Primo Urban Bistrot - Cruderia Pinseria — Restaurant in Rome

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Primo Urban Bistro and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and clearly crafted with care. From the appetizers to the dessert, each bite was a delight.

What truly made the evening memorable, however, was our server, Victor. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and extensive knowledge of the menu made the experience all the more enjoyable. He was attentive without being overbearing, and his recommendations were spot-on. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enhances the dining experience the way Victor did.

If you're looking for great food and top-notch service, Primo Urban Bistro is a must-visit when in Rome. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be asking for Victor the next time I do!...

Each dish was awesome, bursting with flavor and crafted with the freshest ingredients. It’s rare to find such a high-quality restaurant in Trastevere! Every dish was prepared with great care, and the seasoning was excellent.

The staff were also very enthusiastic; they asked if it was our first time here and gave us a brief explanation of the menu without being overly intrusive. They also explained which dish to start with.

The restaurant was full that night, but the pace of service was just right—we didn’t have to wait too long for our food. The espresso after the meal was delicious, and the coffee cup was warm. The restroom was spacious and very clean, which is a plus!

The only downside is that the interior space of the restaurant is quite small, and I’m not sure if there’s air conditioning. When the place is full, it gets really hot.
