Sunseri’s diner di Alessandro e Federica — Restaurant in Rome

I got this for dinner and I was a bit disappointed considering the good reviews.

My fries were covered in oil, the burger had absolutely no sauce on it and the patty itself was between medium and medium rare, so I still saw chewy pink and I couldn’t eat it.

Lastly the pulled pork nuggets and pepper “jalapeño” bites were just not that good, they were OK. It wasn’t anything special and I paid 25€ for all. I probably could’ve been happier with Burger King..

Lastly, they are 10-15 min away from me and I ordered around 11PM, it took them 2 hours to deliver my food. They were very kind on the phone but it just wasn’t a great experience.

Chiamo direttamente il ristorante per far notare che mancano più prodotti del mio ordine e alcuni sono diversi rispetto a quelli richiesti e una dei dipendenti mi risponde con toni altamente spocchiosi e stizzosi, insistendo di continuo sul fatto che l'ordine fosse corretto nonostante anche la conferma gli altri suoi colleghi, cercando fino alla fine di dirmi che mancasse un solo prodotto (ho dovuto ripetere le mancanze almeno 4 volte).

Qualità dei prodotti buonissima come sempre e comprendo gli errori che si possono compiere per la mole di lavoro, ma l'esperienza che ha reso la dipendente ci ha alterato la serata rivolgendosi in modo davvero ostinato quando si trovava solo nel torto.
