Great food, interesting logistics! The restaurant was warm and welcoming, a beautiful entrance and an ideal ambiance to eat richly flavourful food with friends. In some Ethiopian restaurants (although most are also delicious), there is a redundant taste in the morphologically different dishes - but here, every different dish was the main character of its own show. Flavours were rich yet balanced, the flat bread was fluffy and perfectly absorbed the sauces of the dishes. We got the zighini and the tsebhi atklti. The meat was overcooked, tough and dry. The sauce was the only reason it tasted good, and it's a real winner. The spices used are generally delicious. The alicia was overcooked and turned to mush. The tuntumu was good. The sambussas and ketagna were good. Portions are small for the price, but the dishes come with enough ingera to fill you up. While I always eat pizza and pasta in Italy, I want to try something new. Finally I decided to go to eat in Sahara Restaurant. Quite good experience, that was my first time to eat Eritrean food. The waitress were quite friendly, she brought me special sauce when she saw my face expression tasted too spicy food. Thank you very much. I appreciate that. The service was a lil bit slow, need quite long time to bring the bill. The meat that I order is a bit hard, but the meat that my friend order is quite soft.
