I came here as a last minute idea with my girlfriend on a Sunday night, and needless to say from the moment we walked through the door I could tell our experience would be worth it. We were immediately greeted by staff who explained the process of ordering drinks/obtaining membership, deals that were available for us (we took the 2 drinks and free membership for 35€ deal), as well as serving us water and popcorn. After we had settled into our seats, our personal waitress Francesca approached us and guided us through the drink menu, giving us insight to the drinks we may or may not like. She was excellent and very hospitable, giving her undivided attention to making sure what we ordered was exactly what we wanted. You could tell she is passionate about ensuring a positive experience for everyone she speaks to. I ordered the special of the week, which was a whiskey and coffee based drink that came in a cute motorcycle display, and for my second drink I had the Mezcolado. The flavors in these two drinks were amazing, and crafted perfectly for my taste. I have been to numerous cocktail lounges and this is by far one of my favorites. I have seen the totally rude and unprofessional responses others have received when writing honest feedback so I don’t expect any different but I don’t want others to be conned the way we were last night. My husband and I paid 400 euros for what was supposed to be a very special New Year’s Eve party ( yes you read that correctly 400!) The so called ‘delicious buffet was awful (70- 80% filled bread rolls with some indescribable hot food that had been left to go cold) . No DJ, no dancing, brain drilling music played on a loop via a TV in the corner. A single scruffy toilet for all sexes. The ad said that you’d “ just step out the door to see Rome’s fireworks” when in fact it’s a km walk away. So many people were complaining and another couple left early at 10:30, just before us so we certainly weren’t the only ones. Please please don’t waste your hard earned money on this place for new year.
