I had the most disappointing experience at this bar in Rome, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. My friends and I were ignored for an unreasonably long time by the waitress. We were seated, and yet, the waitress kept serving other customers who arrived much later than us. After waiting for a long time, we finally called her over, only to be shocked when she started mocking us, imitating our accent in an incredibly disrespectful manner. We immediately approached the bartender to report this behavior, but instead of an apology or any form of acknowledgment, the bartender simply shrugged it off and said “it’s okay” as if nothing had happened. When we expressed our disappointment and asked for an apology, the staff just brushed us off and told us to leave if we didn’t like it. This kind of disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable, and it speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism and customer service at this place. I would never recommend this bar to anyone. I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment we received at this bar. Here we faced outright racism and mockery from the staff. The waitress made fun of us, and when we raised the issue with the administrator, instead of apologizing, he joined in the mockery and just laughed and said, “Don’t like it? Go somewhere else. Ciao!”
