This place was so fun! It was not our original destination for dinner but the only one that would take us without a reservation on Mother’s Day. The staff are so friendly, especially Gianluca our server! I recommend the baccala croquets (fried salty cod but really delicious, not fishy at all). For main dinner I got the tuna genovese which I really liked. The tuna was incredibly flavorful and tender and the pasta was cooked to al dente perfection. My dining partners got the black truffle pasta which was equally delicious. Don’t let the salted anchovy description scare you, it’s melted into the sauce to give umami and is not actual chunks of sardines. I also recommend the wine pictured. It is typical of the region, straw color, not very light but not too heavy, perfect for a fish dinner. We were so stuffed we had no room for dessert but the ladies next to us got the panacotta and ordered another after polishing off the first so I would say get that if you still have room! Prices are modest and range from 12-20 euro for a plate. Our wine was 22 euro for the bottle. The staff really are great, very lively and funny with some joking around. English is not a huge issue here so shouldn’t need any translations. I recommend this place for a good...

It was recommended to me by my host (b&b bonaventura) and it was just greaaat. At first little bit tricky to find, but at least i did it. Waiter brought me the menu, but i did not read it and listen to his recommendations (also i tried to speak italian, not english, which was very warmly apprecieted). I ordered spaghetti frutti di mare and grilled calamaro and glass of house wine, ehich was really good. Unexpectdly i got little antipasto which was some zucchini pasta. Spaghetti was the second best i ever had in italy (i think that maybe they were hand-fresh-made) and all was just perfect! The grilled calamaro..well, you know that calamaro is somehow rubbery but this actually had taste and the taste was delicious. After meal i ordered liquore liquiriza and i think i got second free (but i am not really sure, because i stayed two glasses of wine línger than i wanted to). at the end i even got desert, icecream? with nuts and chocolate. Waiter was amazing, one of the biggest reasons i stayed there. Very quick, very attentive, very gentle. He always asked me, how is my food and we just did the small talk on and on. I just cannot express how satisfied i was, you must try...

Tottaly overrated. What an experience to discover Italy from the bad side! They meet you and say "menu in English". There is no menu in English. You can try to look at it with the given QR code, but it is with different prices. The Spritz (€6) was almost Aperol free, look at the Aperol bottle and you will see the right color. We had a replacement which was better, but not great. We have ordered the blue fish croquettes (€12), they lost one of them while bringing to the table, and guess what, they have still managed to deliver them with one missing croquette! "Brandino grigliato" (€14) was just ok, without any spices, just does not worth to order it. And at last there was "calamaro alla griglia" (€14) which was overcooked and had a strong flavour of old overcooked oil, which I think comes from the grill that they should clean more often. Was left uneaten. The bread (free) they have on the table was stale. To finish this story they have charged us €54, a "generous" discount of €2 for a missing croquette, which cost €2,40. €4 for service. What a shame. I do not recommend. I did not like what they did to us. Beware. Avoid...

Actually my rating is -1. This was the worst experience in my life. 1. The waitress lost one of the croquettes on her way to our table and didn't even told anything. Like it's OK 2. The Spritz cocktail was strongly diluted with...I guess soda? Tasted like water. After our complaints they changed them but it looked like they just poured the same cocktail in different glass, added a little bit more Aperol and I hope nothing more (I mean they could probably spit there). 3. I've ordered grilled squid and it was simply terrible. Not edible at all, not chewable, bitter taste. I ate two bites but it was disgusting. You actually can taste the old oil or uncleaned grill. Not sure if it was overcooked or uncooked. The waiter (or maybe he is even a owner) said that it was impossible. I really regret not making him try it. Acted like I made it all up. But I even paid for it. Just wanted to leave that place faster. Absolutely overrated place. Make you feel like you're picking on. Don't even listening to what you're trying to say. Even dared to take money for service. We've paid and leave. I recommend avoiding this place.
