Panificio Hofer — Restaurant in Salten-Schlern - Salto-Sciliar

Conosco il panificio da decenni. Una mscchina per spillare soldi ai turisti infatti si possono permettere di stare chiusi per settimane in attesa dell’alta stagione. Siccome vende prodotti di una certa qualità ho sempre avuto un giudizio neutro. È molto caro, c’è molta domanda è quindi sempre pieno in ogni caso. Il mio giudizio è ora pessimo per furbizia fuori luogo. Metto sul bancone due pezzettini di speck confezionato facendo vedere che ho una gigantesca borsa della spesa vuota, di un inequivocabile marchio di supermercato. Ciò perché sulla cassa è scritto “busta 20 cent”. Mentre tiro fuori la carta di pagamento battono velocemente il conto e rapidamente mettono in bustina di plastica i prodotti mentre sono distratta dal Pos. Quando vedo lo scontrino trovo addebito dei 20 cent della bustina. Tuiti i negozianti chiedono sempre se si vuole la busta, quando questa è a pagamento. Hofer non lo fa. Che modo micragnoso di spillare pochi cent con tutto il denaro che guadagnano. E nel bancone del pane c’era anche una mosca!!

Un esempio opposto a poche decine di metri, nello stesso giorno. Il negozio di souvenir e giornali Rusina è anch’esso un posto per turisti. Ha sempre confezionato i regali con graziose bustine di carta. Ho notato che le stesse bustine sono anche in vendita e non costano pochissimo. Ho acquistato un souvenir e ho chiesto la confezione regalo, nonostante temessi che potessero farmi pagare la bustina. La bustina non è stata addebitata. Si paga solo se si acquista a parte, non se deve confezionare un regalo...
