Master Ristorante American Bar — Restaurant in Santa Margherita Ligure

Wow this place was increadible! From the food to the service everything was so great! To start my boyfriend and I both tried their fresh home made gnocchi which was made just as they opened about 10 minutes before we ate it. I had it with the mushroom truffle sauce and my boyfriend had it with the gamberi and curry sauce both were delicious. For our second course we had the grilled scampi and the steak with balsamic both were great! Finally I had the homemade tiramisu! It was amazing! Our waiter was so friendly and nice to top it all off! We had a great experience!...

We were told by the male front of house/manager that there were no seats outside despite many free seats available. Other Italian speaking guests who came right after us were given these seats. English speaking patrons were told that there were “inside seats only”. Other waiters who served us were friendly, helpful, kind and attentive to our needs. The manager (?) to save face when we paid, said “it is more romantic inside” and “there’s aircon”. 2 stars because other...

Dopo una notte passata all'insegna di acquazzoni e pioggia battente ed incessante, finalmente domenica mattina una breve tregua ci consente di girovagare per i dintorni di Rapallo e neanche a dirlo siamo finiti io e la mia bella a Santa Margherita per pranzare in riva al mare, godendo di un panorama come sempre suggestivo. Eccoci passare lungo la camminata adiacente la via principale e tra le diverse proposte ci par di trovare giovamento in questo meandro blu mare, che ci attrae perché il dehor esterno è riscaldato dai funghi accesi, vista la temperatura non del tutto primaverile. E' il Master ristorante. In alto sul bordo della tenda che scorre verso il basso, un televisore che ripropone un fuoco acceso e che arde vigorosamente. Davvero la sola immagine basta a creare tepore. In un attimo i camerieri davvero gentili e preparati, ci hanno elencato le proposte e le nostre scelte sono state come sempre semplici e all'insegna della moderazione. Gli spaghetti Master, i gamberi fritti ed un piatto di gnocchi davvero saporiti. Alla fine la mia metà si è esaltata in un dolce alla nutella, che come sempre ha addolcito le sue papille gustative. Il tutto alla modica cifra di 62 euro. Andando ad analizzare quello che abbiamo mangiato, trovo la cifra un pochino esagerata. A parte questo tutto da manuale, compreso una gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, al di sopra delle aspettative....
