We took a cooking class here to learn how to make pesto. The team was fantastic and they own the bakery, restaurant, wine and produce shops right in the town square. The class was fun, held outdoors in front of the produce shop, however they only had 3 mortar and petals for 4 people. Perhaps there either should have been one for each person or one per couple so one person did not feel left out. The charcuterie trays were AMAZING and beautifully presented! We were left to enjoy them while the chef used the pesto we make to make a pesto lasagna. All delicious however it seemed rather an afterthought, being served on a paper plate with plastic utensils, especially after such a remarkable presentation of the charcuterie. A bit of feedback only to improve the over all experience. The wine tasting was only 1 wine in 2 servings.
