We’re on our last night in Italy and we were really excited to try this place as the menu and reviews look good. We reserved a table for 8:30pm on Friday so expected it to be busy - we arrived on time. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. Our wine came quickly enough but without glasses which we had to ask for. Other tables seemed to be treated considerably better and quicker. We were given bread but other tables received a box of olive oil, vinegar etc, again this was not given to us. We asked twice about the status of our food as other tables who sat much later were served first and had even finished their food. After 40 minutes our pasta arrived. The food itself was good, although the lasagne was lukewarm (at this point I was just happy to have something). Our starter of melon arrived 45 minutes after we ordered and after the main courses. Overall, we were extremely disappointed. Another server seemed more proactive in helping us get some food and we appreciate that it is a busy service but it felt like had we not said anything, we would still be waiting now. Would not recommend.
