I visited here 9pm today and was the victim of the worst racism I’ve experienced in a long time. The lady who was serving the gelato counter deliberately ignoring me when it was my turn to be served she was keep serving the next people in line several times. Even the customer pointed out that I have been waiting longer than them. I even said I was here first but she totally ignored again. I said again I was here first then she looked at me like I’m a piece of garbage and shrugged her shoulders and she doesn’t care then she stated to get very rude and angry at me. It was abashed disgusting and humiliating how she treated me in front of the other customers. Best Gelato in town!

Me and my wife tried the “Ricotta cheese and Pear” gelato on our first night and we got addicted to it! We literally planned our next day in a way that we end it on a high with the same gelato. Unfortunately, the staff mentioned that the flavour was sold out. We got really bummed as we were actually waiting for the whole day to get our hands on the lovely gelato. After hearing our plight, fortunately, the lovely lady on the counter asked us to wait for 5 minutes. She came out with the fresh gelato of our beloved flavour and we relished every lick of it!!!

NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR, es completamente una estafa. Me encantaría dejar una buena reseña pero quiero advertir al resto de las personas. Una señora nos atendió con muy buena predisposición simplemente para engañarnos. Nos sentamos en una mesa al interno, dos minutos después (sin darnos tiempo de ver el menú) se acercó y nos preguntó que queríamos ordenar, muy amablemente le dije que no sabíamos, que necesitábamos tiempo para ver el menú. A lo que ella respondió que no hacía falta, que nos podía aconsejar. Nos dejamos aconsejar pero igualmente nos acercamos al mostrador para elegir las cosas. Pedimos cappuccino (éramos conscientes del precio medio) y pedimos dulces, entre ellos un cannolo y un tiramisú, al momento de pedir el cannolo y el tiramisú nos dice “le ponemos helado al costado?” Insinuando que este extra era simplemente decoración o algo del género. Mis dos amigos dicen que si. Cuando llegó la cuenta le hicieron un recargo de 7€ a cada uno por tres mini bochas de helado que LA SEÑORA INSINUÓ COMO DECORACIÓN Y NO ESPECIFICÓ QUE ERA UN RECARGO EXTRA DE EL DOBLE DE PRECIO DEL DULCE. Lo mismo con los helados, pedimos dos conos de helado, la señora nuevamente insinúa “le pongo un macarrón arriba?” siempre con la misma intención y la cara, sin especificar otra vez que era un extra. Agregaron 2,5€ a cada helado. Y así llegando a pagar una cuenta de 60€ por tres cappuccino, dos helados, y tres dulces. Con 19€ de extra que la señora engañosamente nos agregó. No me suelo quejar nunca de los precios, por que entiendo que sea la costa amalfitana, incluso decido siempre de entrar a un lugar siendo consciente de los precios. Pero esto me parece una falta de respeto y una invasión a la libertad del cliente de elegir, de saber que está pagando y sobre todo saber cuando una cosa es incluida o extra. No puedo decir nada respecto a la calidad por qué era buena, PERO NO SÉ...
