This restaurant is proof that beautiful surroundings donโt always make for a great meal. The food? Passable at best. The arancini arrived cold in the center, suggesting a lack of care in the kitchen. Other dishes were equally unmemorable, leaving little reason to return.
Service was a chaotic and indifferent affair. Staff rushed through orders like they had somewhere better to be. One particular waiterโwho, oddly enough, had an impressive collection of pensโwas as sour as the lemons on the table. Asking to pay resulted in an abrupt shout of our table number, followed by instructions to queue inside. There, the lady at the register barely looked up, too engrossed in her phone to acknowledge a paying customer.
Adding to the discomfort, our outdoor table had no canopy protection, meaning we were treated to unwelcome "gifts" from local birds throughout the mealโsomething other restaurants in the area have wisely prevented. And to top it all off, a mandatory 20% service charge was tacked onto the bill, which makes sense considering tipping voluntarily would have been inconceivable.

This is a fun and funny restaurant. My family visited for lunch on Sunday, April 23rd, and several tables were seated and run away. The story starts now. Like a typical Italian restaurant, they tout water and leftover bread from the bakery. The problem is that we ordered meat, pizza and pasta, and the food came out, but the pizza didn't come out. Pizza orders are excluded. And I got my pizza late. I can understand this far. But while I was eating the pasta, I came across a broken piece of wine glass. When I called the waitress, the waitress who was good at English suddenly panicked and couldn't speak English. He was about to take the plate in question and told me to leave it. They brought the same food 10 minutes later and told me to eat this. 'Do you want to eat?' and told me to take them all. Neither the waiter, nor the chef, nor the cashier said they were sorry. I was very upset, so I protested to the boss when I was paying the bill, and he said that he wouldn't take the pasta out of the glass, so he told me to pay only the remaining 50 euros and go. I didn't say sorry until the end. Apart from the review, I would like to raise a formal issue with the food industry administration and tourism...

The pastas were absolutely awful so needless to say, we didn't finish it. We decided to go somewhere else and asked for the bill. We thought it was โฌ 15 (which turned out to be the table number) and we were actually a little bit surprised they charged us the whole thing. It turned out to be โฌ 25: โฌ 3 each for cover charges (??), โฌ 14 for the pasta, โฌ 3 for the cokes and a 20% included tip we absolutely didn't agree with since the waiter who helped us was rude, impatient and not helpful at all.
