This restaurant is proof that beautiful surroundings don’t always make for a great meal. The food? Passable at best. The arancini arrived cold in the center, suggesting a lack of care in the kitchen. Other dishes were equally unmemorable, leaving little reason to return.

Service was a chaotic and indifferent affair. Staff rushed through orders like they had somewhere better to be. One particular waiter—who, oddly enough, had an impressive collection of pens—was as sour as the lemons on the table. Asking to pay resulted in an abrupt shout of our table number, followed by instructions to queue inside. There, the lady at the register barely looked up, too engrossed in her phone to acknowledge a paying customer.

Adding to the discomfort, our outdoor table had no canopy protection, meaning we were treated to unwelcome "gifts" from local birds throughout the meal—something other restaurants in the area have wisely prevented. And to top it all off, a mandatory 20% service charge was tacked onto the bill, which makes sense considering tipping voluntarily would have been inconceivable.

Sicily has some incredible dining experiences—this, unfortunately, is not...

Questo è un ristorante divertente e divertente. La mia famiglia è venuta a pranzo domenica 23 aprile e diversi tavoli si sono seduti e sono scappati. La storia inizia adesso. Come un tipico ristorante italiano, promuovono acqua e pane avanzato dal panificio. Il problema è che abbiamo ordinato carne, pizza e pasta, e il cibo è uscito, ma la pizza non è uscita. Sono esclusi gli ordini di pizza. E ho preso la mia pizza in ritardo. Posso capire fino a questo punto. Ma mentre mangiavo la pasta, mi sono imbattuto in un bicchiere di vino rotto. Quando ho chiamato la cameriera, la cameriera che era brava in inglese si è improvvisamente imbarazzata e non parlava inglese. Stavo per prendere il piatto in questione, ma mi è stato detto di lasciarlo. Hanno portato lo stesso cibo 10 minuti dopo e mi hanno detto di mangiarlo. 'Vuoi mangiare?' e mi ha detto di prenderli tutti. Né il cameriere, né lo chef, né il cassiere si sono detti dispiaciuti. Ero molto arrabbiato, quindi ho protestato con il capo mentre stavo pagando il conto, e lui ha detto che non avrebbe tolto la pasta dal bicchiere, quindi mi ha detto di pagare solo i restanti 50 euro e andare. Non ho chiesto scusa fino alla fine. A parte la revisione, vorrei sollevare una questione formale con l'amministrazione dell'industria alimentare e le organizzazioni turistiche.

이 곳은 재미있고 웃기는 식당입니다. 저희 가족은 4월 23일 일요일점심에 방문했고 몇몇 테이블은 자리에 앉아있다가 도망가기도 했습니다. 이야기는 지금부터 입니다. 일반적인 이태리 식당처럼 물과 빵집에서 남은 빵을 강매합니다. 문제는 저희는 고기와 피자와 파스타를 주문했고 음식이 나왔는데 피자는 안나왔습니다. 피자 주문이 제외된거죠. 그리고 피자를 늦게 받았습니다. 여기까지는 이해를 할 수 있죠. 하지만 파스타를 먹다보니 와인잔 깨진 조각이 나왔어요. 종업원을 불렀더니 영어를 잘 하던 종업원이 갑자기 당황하며 영어를 못하더군요. 문제의 접시를 가져가려고 했어 놔두라고 했습니다. 10분 후 같은 음식을 가져와서 이거 먹으라고 하더라고요. '너라면 먹을래?' 하고 모두 가져가라고 했고요. 종업원도 쉐프도 계산원도 미안하다는 말을 안하더군요. 기분이 아주 상해서 계산할때 사장한테 항의했더니 유리 나온 파스타는 돈 안 받을테니 나머지 50유로만 내고 가라고해서 목소리를 높였더니 손님 쳐다 본다고 조용히 해달라고 하더군요. 미안하다는 말은 끝까지 안했습니다. 저는 리뷰와 별개로 음식업 행정기관, 관광기관에 정식으로 문제를 제기하려 합니다.

This is a fun and funny restaurant. My family visited for lunch on Sunday, April 23rd, and several tables were seated and run away. The story starts now. Like a typical Italian restaurant, they tout water and leftover bread from the bakery. The problem is that we ordered meat, pizza and pasta, and the food came out, but the pizza didn't come out. Pizza orders are excluded. And I got my pizza late. I can understand this far. But while I was eating the pasta, I came across a broken piece of wine glass. When I called the waitress, the waitress who was good at English suddenly panicked and couldn't speak English. He was about to take the plate in question and told me to leave it. They brought the same food 10 minutes later and told me to eat this. 'Do you want to eat?' and told me to take them all. Neither the waiter, nor the chef, nor the cashier said they were sorry. I was very upset, so I protested to the boss when I was paying the bill, and he said that he wouldn't take the pasta out of the glass, so he told me to pay only the remaining 50 euros and go. I didn't say sorry until the end. Apart from the review, I would like to raise a formal issue with the food industry administration and tourism...

One of the worst places I've ever been to. They made us wait for at least 20 minutes before they would take our order. We ordered two Coca Colas and two spaghetti alla carbonara. The pastas were absolutely awful so needless to say, we didn't finish it. We decided to go somewhere else and asked for the bill. We thought it was € 15 (which turned out to be the table number) and we were actually a little bit surprised they charged us the whole thing. It turned out to be € 25: € 3 each for cover charges (??), € 14 for the pasta, € 3 for the cokes and a 20% included tip we absolutely didn't agree with since the waiter who helped us was rude, impatient and not helpful at all.
