I think this is the best gelato you’ll get in Siracusa. There’s something really right about having simple, uncomplicated flavours with high quality ingredients that speak for themselves. We came here to try the local pistachio gelato. I ordered a cone with just the one flavour which I don’t usually do but I felt the pistachio needed to not be imposed upon by other scoops. It was everything perfect, a nutty roasted delight, perfect sweetness, big serving and the waffle cone really topped it off, high quality and truly delicious. Incredible gelato. The stracciatella is definitely a must try. It is very smooth and creamy with very juicy chocolate bites. Honestly, the first bite of this gelato was so magical. I would definitely compare that first bite of stracciatella gelato with seeing your newborn for the first time. If you ever have the chance to come try this place, do it. I don’t care if it’s a 3 hour drive; I don’t care if you’re allergic to chocolate. As a matter of fact, I don’t even care if you aren’t anywhere near Sicily — this place is a must try at least once in your life time. Really great gelato! The flavours are really tasteful. You can taste that it is good gelato. I think it’s the best of the city.

The girl begin the counter was really friendly. She spoke good English. She also immediately washed her hands after touching money. The hygiene in the shop was also very good. A real good employee :)
