Had a very poor experience here and was very unimpressed with the food and service considering the pricepoint of the meal.
It’s seated outside on the bay which is a beautiful location but to keep mosquitos away the entire place smells like the mosquito repellent they’re constantly burning, and that doesn’t make for the most appetizing environment. All of our food itself came out cold and was very bland, which is hard to do in Sicily where the natural ingredients are exploding with flavor.
And then of course, there were 2x pesky mice running around our table for almost the entire meal. While this is an element of eating outside, it was extremely distracting and the restaurant seemed unequipped and unprepared to deal with it.
For the inconvenience of having rodents at our $500 meal, they gave us a small tester size bottle of olive oil. Really?
There are far better restaurants with far better service in Taormina and Sicily. This place charges a higher premium because they can put the LVMH logo at the top of the menu; but don’t expect that level of prestige, service or...

The tasting menu is very thoughtfully themed/put together and had two highlights for me:
Adding to that, a wine pairing with a selection of some mindbending/delicious pairings as well as delicious and - again - extremely well themed cocktails and that would make a great experience in itself.

My husband ordered the meat and I ordered the fish so we could share bites, and every single dish was incredible. I told our waiter that I’d want the beef tartare as my final meal, it was THAT good!
Our server, Gigi, truly made the night. He was incredibly knowledgeable about each course, had a great sense of humor, and made the whole experience feel personal and special. The manager and sommelier were also so kind, both spent time going into detail about the wine and restaurant.
The restaurant adds thoughtful touches and little surprises that elevate everything, it’s the attention to detail that sets this place apart.
