Small restaurant just off of Corso Umberto with indoor and outdoor tables. If you can get an outdoor table, it will overlook the ruins of an amphitheater. The restaurant is run by Paolo and Maria Pia, a local family with simple authentic Sicilian food. The dishes are absolutely mouth-watering and made with fresh local ingredients. We had the cuttlefish pasta (sepia) which uses the ink of the cuttlefish to make a black sauce. I’m not a big fan of seafood pasta but this one is simply incredible. The prices seem to be fairer in fact than those on the main street.
