I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the food, especially given the cost. I ordered a pizza with olives and they did not remove the pips!! Literally whole olives on a bland pizza with dry dough, almost took my tooth out! It was disgusting for approx €20. Also got the bruschetta. Crappy dry bread with bruschetta topping that did not seem super fresh, and wayyy to much food for an appetizer. The waiters had nothing to do and literally hounded me to clear my plates as soon as I took a few bites.
For an otherwise very lovely lounge area, this place was horrible and completely ruined Italian pizza for me. Vomit.
EDIT: The owner actually reported this review and tried to remove it! Good thing Google agreed it was incorrectly removed and reinstated my review. Now you know what kind of business this is - one that instead of providing better value, just tries to hide...

When we went the bar was very busy which also meant there was little organisation and drinks took a while to arrive, but this was no big deal really. The drinks however weren't always the best and most of the time we found ourselves not liking them. Read moreExcellent service and friendly welcome. We came here for lunch. We only wanted a salad and we were very happy with how fresh everything was. There isn't a view of the sea but the atmosphere here is very restful away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping streets nearby.
Edit! We returned here a couple of days later at lunchtime for drinks only. There are many many places to eat in Taormina but not so many for just a drink. Peaceful and quiet but a minute away from the main shopping...
