What an awesome foccaccia! Crunches, tastes so good, you can watch how it's prepared in the background. A lovely lady taking care and clearly loves the products and what she does. The place is simple, very Italian but it is one of the best foccacias I ever had.

Da quando ha aperto non si può più fare a meno delle sue pizze, dei suoi pani o delle sue focacce gustose e digeribilissime. Questo giovane imprenditore pieno di passione e conoscenza è capace di portare un pezzo della sua amata Puglia sulle tavole di noi triestini (a dei prezzi concorrenziali aggiungerei). Persino dei cari amici provenienti da Monopoli confermano che finalmente trovano i sapori di casa loro qui a Trieste. BRAVISSIMO e umilissimo non si può che sperare continui così augurandogli in bocca al lupo 🍀

Questo giovane imprenditore pieno di passione e conoscenza è capace di portare un pezzo della sua amata Puglia sulle tavole di noi triestini (a dei prezzi concorrenziali aggiungerei). Persino dei cari amici provenienti da Monopoli confermano che finalmente trovano i sapori di casa loro qui a Trieste. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp – besser geht’s nicht!

Ich bin völlig begeistert! Diese italienische Bäckerei ist einfach sensationell. Die Pizza und Focaccia sind ein absoluter Traum: so frisch, knusprig und voller Geschmack, dass ich sagen kann: die beste Pizza meines Lebens!

Die Zutaten sind hochwertig, frisch, gut ausgewählt und schmecken sehr sehr gut. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Liebe und Qualität gearbeitet wird. Dazu gibt es eine große Auswahl an frischen Broten & Baguette. Auch viele vegetarische Angebote vorhanden.

Besonders genial: Die Pizza, Brot & Focaccio werden nach Kilogramm berechnet, also kann man sich jede Größe individuell zusammenstellen – super fair und flexibel! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top.

Auch das Drumherum stimmt: Sehr sauber, ordentlich und mit Sitzgelegenheiten zum Genießen vor Ort. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.

Ein absolutes Muss für alle, die gutes Essen lieben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
