Best place in town! As a tourist, I had never heard of this place. But i decided to take my wife there to celebrate her birthday, it couldn’t be any better! We had FIVE course combined and they were ALL perfect. Restaurant staffs were so friendly too. Wish I could take this place to my neighbour. At last but not least, it’s not every where you can pay only 1,50€ for a glass of wine/prosecco.

Cozy little family owner place, the owner took our order and he was definitely kind and professional. The food was superb: very fresh fish, mussels were divine and the fried mullet were very tasty. Highly recommend for a true local fish experience. We also appreciated the local wine!

Si scioglie in bocca! Abbiamo mangiato così bene che siamo tornate anche il giorno dopo a cena. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Amazing food, brilliant atmosphere and the best staff in the city.

The place fell right into our heart when we entered and the manager reordered the tables for the six of us.

He joked with us, helped us with choosing the right food and everything.

The seafood and fishes were simply amazing and we could find any flaws. The portions were just right and for the great price.

Definitely recommended to anyone visiting Trieste and craving some seafood.

If we ever return we will definitely visit again.

An old school osteria (although they call themselves a trattoria). It's one of those places with regulat customers, not too obsessed with interior design. The quality of the food is great with prices below the average in Trieste. We ordered several dishes: calamari fritti, a seafood plate, spaghetti with mussels and we shared. The service was warm...
