The first cafe we ​​visited in the center of Tropea was Ald Rock's Cafe Gelateria. We tasted the famous Italian ice cream and fell in love with it, and since then we have been visiting the cafe twice a day. In addition, delicious desserts, refreshing aperitifs in the heat, and aromatic coffee will not leave anyone indifferent. There is a great opportunity to relax in the shade with a treat. We travelled to Tropea with two young kids and visited AldRock’s cafe a few times. The pastries, coffee and ice cream are delicious. The two gentlemen working behind the counter were very friendly as well. We tried the place across the street because it did many more flavours of ice cream, but the staff weren’t as friendly as AldRock’s and the atmosphere wasn’t as good either so we were happy to return.
