Il Falafel, la shawarma e le salse (es. Hummus, Babaganoush) sono fatti artigianalmente sempre fresche e di ottima qualità.Anche il Falafel è fatto sul momento, non è riscaldato ed è una cosa che apprezzo e cambia totalmente il sapore. Per questo motivo in certi momenti alcuni prodotti potrebbero non essere subito pronti ma vale la pena attendere e/o tornare.

Buonissime anche le variazioni sui piatti proposte dal proprietario.
