Casa Fedora — Restaurant in Turin

The quality of the food is high enough to prevent me to give a one-star rating. The food is good, well prepared, and presented properly.

The problems start arising as soon as you check the service.

I came here exactly three times and every time I had to explain the waiters that milk allergy, cheese allergy, butter allergy and grana padano allergy :-) are all the same. If I ask "there is milk inside?", you say "no", I ask "not even cheese?", and then you say yes, well, there is a problem.

I am pretty sure I am not the only one. I am pretty sure milk (and other common) allergies don''t happen on such a rare basis to let this to be perceived as anything less than a basic requirement!

At least one star less for this reason.

On top of that — and this is worth another two-star penalty — the waiters seemed quite annoyed by my request. They even commented the fact that I asked for a spoon to eat a ratatouille: yes, I want huge bites, so what? 🤷🏼‍♂️

This is definitely a place that shows little care for the customer's needs and that seems to treat what to me are basic requirements in the food service world as weird requests.

All in all, I hope I'll manage to avoid...

Bar molto piccolo a mio avviso un pò disorganizzato. Le ordinazioni sono arrivate al tavolo un pò sparse, alcune sbagliate, nonostante fossero state chieste in maniera chiara alcune accortezze relative a delle intolleranze. Eravamo inoltre in compagnia di un bambino di 1 anno, per cui come di consueto abbiamo ordinato prima per lui, in maniera tale da far si che incominciasse a mangiare prima. L'ordinazione per il bimbo è arrivata tra le ultime. La qualità del cibo direi comunque buona, ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate a partire dall'organizzazione del servizio. Per il resto location molto tranquilla per cui piacevole anche poter...
