Cioccolatitaliani — Restaurant in Turin

Cliente abbastanza abituale. Sono andata un sabato di maggio a prendere un gelato, (eravamo in due) e alla cassa chiedo come sempre se ci fosse lo sconto da studente universitario. Mi viene detto che o applicavo lo sconto e non mi sedevo, o mi sedevo in quanto c'era il servizio al tavolo; peccato che non abbiano specificato che ci sarebbe stato un ulteriore supplemento, ma da come era stato detto, sembrava che quello sconto che non veniva fatto, avrebbe compensato con il servizio al tavolo. Dunque ci sediamo, chiedono che gelati volessimo e ce li portano chiedendoci i soldi. Totale €7,50: 0,50 centesimi in più a testa, per aver portato due gelati a un tavolo, cosa che come sempre, avremmo preso noi e ci saremmo sedute senza far portare nulla. Lo trovo assurdo, anche perché non c'è MAI stata questa cosa, in quanto non era la prima volta che andavo da Cioccolati italiani. Non sono di certo i 50 centesimi a renderci più ricchi, ma si tratta di correttezza e chiarezza: bastava dire "se lo portate via pagate come da menu, altrimenti se vi sedete sono 0,50 centesimi in più a testa." Noi oltretutto non avevamo capito al momento del conto, perché sullo scontrino risultava aumentato il gelato di 0,50 euro a testa. Al che ci dirigiamo alla cassa a chiedere, e ci viene detto che quello era il costo del servizio al tavolo. Allego foto dello scontrino e del menu, come si può notare il gelato 3 gusti costava €3,50 e non €4, e quello 2 gusti €3,00 e non €3,50. Peccato. Il gelato comunque...
