HABANERO — Restaurant in Turin

I have been travelling in Europe for 8 weeks, and was very excited at the prospect of having Mexican food. I am from California, so when I read that this food "hit the spot," i was very disappointed when it did not at all.

I ordered beef fajitas, shrimp tacos and nachos con queso and guacamole. The quality of meat and shrimp were fine, but I should have known better than to think other key ingredients (like cilantro, cumin, and lime) were available in northern italy.

I ordered a Mezcal margarita on the rocks, but there was no ice, and no sweetness to it at all. They comped this drink for me (which i appreciated!) and gave me a blended house margarita instead. The blended margarita is pretty good, but didnt make the...

Sono estremamente deluso dall'esperienza avuta con il vostro ristorante.

Avevo aspettative mediamente alte, dato che il vostro ristorante è recensito con 4,4 stelle e più di 750 recensioni, ma ciò che ho ritirato è stato molto al di sotto di quello che mi aspettavo.

Innanzitutto, la qualità del cibo era veramente scarsa. Non appena aperto i contenitori, l'aspetto dei piatti lasciava già molto a desiderare. Gli ingredienti sembravano decisamente vecchi e stantii. Il sapore dei piatti però era ancora peggio dell'aspetto. Il pollo era secco e insapore, come se fosse stato cucinato giorni prima e poi riscaldato. Le fajitas erano molli e avevano un gusto che faceva pensare fossero realmente datate e prossime al deterioramento. Il formaggio delle quesadillas aveva la consistenza pari a quella dei copertoni delle macchine e il gusto di un blocco di polistirolo: inesistente.

Infine, il cibo che è stato ritirato sotto casa era già freddo, e, nonostante i tentativi di rianimarlo attraverso un trattamento di riscaldamento in forno, ciò che abbiamo ottenuto era pari a ciò che avevamo ritirato: uno scempio.

Spero sinceramente che questo sia stato un caso isolato e che possiate ritornare alla qualità che si legge sulle vostre recensioni. Io però devo ammetterlo, ho avuto la piena sensazione di essere stato truffato, per aver pagato dei soldi ottenendo una cena letteralmente...

Super small and cramped, it's hard to even get to the restroom from the amount of people squeezed into this place.
