For me, is not only about the drinks and the meals, rather it is mainly about the treatment and attitude, so from my latest experience, If I could I'd put "-20" stars. After a first "ok" experience with an aperitivo at this place some time ago with my bf, I had recently decided to come back on my own to drink something, especially because it's conveniently placed 250m from where I live. This time unfortunately, due to a combination of little coincidences, I had inadvertently forgot my wallet AND documents at home. Without realizing it, I went to this place to have some aperitivo. I had 2 drinks and some little appetizers. But even when I just ordered the waiter came to me with one question: "Can I ask which country are you from?", which I thought was strange because it didn't seem like he just was curious or wanted to chat. When I realized I had forgot my wallet, I went inside (the tables were outside) to tell about the problem like an honest person. I offered to leave my whole bag together with cellphone and other things (which cost way more than the 18 euro bill), because I lived literally a few minutes from that place, so I could just bring the money quickly. They said if I don't pay or don't give them a document (which I didn't have with me in that moment) they'll call police. I said OK, because at that point I felt I'd be safer with the police than with them. But the problem was that the way they (actually it was mostly one person with white hair who seemed to have some authority there) talked to me from the start in aggressive disrespectful tone as if I did it on purpose and especially mentioning my nationality. When I asked what does nationality have to do with it, he didn't succeed to explain, but continued saying things like "You are making fun of me", "There are many of you, coming without money and drinking 2, 3, 4, 5 drinks". My boyfriend was in another city and he would have paid with SatisPay or PayPal but they didn't accept any of that. Eventually I had to call a friend who was a in another town (Moncalieri), but he somehow managed to arrive and paid. This whole thing that could have been easily solved in less than 5 minutes with some empathy from their side, took over an hour of discussions, disrespect, threats and extended disturbance to my friend who had to come to pay pass midnight. I understand the concern with clients not paying as I myself work as freelancer and I have to trust my clients otherwise I find it highly unprofessional to hint like they are thieves or don't want to pay on purpose. But the xenophobia and racism in 2021 is unacceptable and ridiculous and these guys clearly don't care about their reputation. Why am I convinced it was xenophobia? Because the previous time I went there with my boyfriend and we both were asked which country are we from and that looks to me like a serious biased customer profiling not to be overlooked.

Lost time and money here. Cannot say anything about the food, as we came for an aperitivo. I understand that it was a busy time, but the service was really bad. Waited 15 minutes to get our table cleaned, and then 10 minutes more to get the menu. After finally taking the order from us, the waiters (yes, we had to ask both as not one of them was paying enough attention) brought the drinks 15 minutes later. 40 minutes to have a drink? Moreover, I have never seen so much ice in a spritz in Italy. The drinks (aperol and campari spritz, the ones you have to really try to make wrong) tasted like water and weren’t much in size. Then, ofc, the prices. For those we paid 6 and 7€, which would be okay, but it was WITHOUT even chips for the aperitivo. If you wanted any food to your drink, you had to pay 10+€. Again, in Italy??? A tourist rip-off. AND! As a cherry on top, we paid the coperto 1€ each. Again, would be okay, if the service wouldn’t be terrible!!! And we’re not tourists in this country. Don’t come here if you ever had a good aperitivo, you will be...

This Italian aperitivo spot is truly one of a kind, offering an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The ambiance is inviting and vibrant, creating the perfect backdrop for a night out. But what really sets this place apart is the incredible team that makes every guest feel like family. Natan, the amazing Argentine bartender, crafts drinks with a passion that’s simply unmatched. Robi, a superhuman in every sense, delivers food/service that’s above and beyond. And Ascanio, the best server you'll ever meet, ensures your every need is taken care of with a smile.

Despite not speaking much Italian, we were made to feel completely at home. Natan even offered our dog water when he was in need, adding that extra thoughtful touch that made all the difference. The whole experience was a perfect 10/10, and it's no surprise that the place fills up quickly. Come early if you want to snag a spot! With such top-tier service and an incredible atmosphere, we’ll definitely be coming back regularly. It’s easy to see why this place is...

We ordered the first round which came in around 20 minutes. Then we wanted to get some more food and drinks, 35 minutes passed and nothing came, even though it was only cold cuts and cocktails. We went to pay and they asked us to pay the full bill, so they were not even aware that they did not bring us the order. In the end we paid 39 euros for 3 cocktails and a small pizza, which I believe is really overpriced for what it was. Would not recommend this place and I’m sad I wasted my last evening in Torino here.

Zebi…
