Just — Restaurant in Turin

We walked 25minutes because of the great reviews about the Aperitivo. We asked for it and they told us we got good bites with our drinks. We ordered 5 drinks, one was water, but the other 4 were good drinks (2 times milkshake, 1 wine, 1 cocktail). We had to pay in advance. People around us had nice bite with chips and other bites for just 2 people. We only got this small plate with some bite for the five of us. When we tried to ask for a bit more bites the waiter saw us waving but totally ignored us. Had apericena here and it was a lot of variety for an amazing 15 euros including any drink on the menu. I guess junk food is universal there was hash browns, fries, chicken nuggets, gnocchi, olives, pizza, egg thing, tuna sandwich, crab Rangoon sort of thing, prociutto, grissini...etc. drinks were okay, food portion was huge. If you're a college student it's wonderful. Don't come here expecting fine dining for sure. Just a fun atmosphere in a beautiful piazza. We also got the 5€ kids menu that had a great amount of food including a juice (which was already 5€). No high chairs....

Ho recentemente visitato il bar "Just" in Piazza Vittorio a Torino e la mia esperienza è stata estremamente deludente. Fin dall'inizio, non appena ci siamo seduti, la barista ha preso l'ordinazione senza nemmeno consegnarci lo scontrino e ha richiesto immediatamente il pagamento, costringendoci a sistemare in fretta i conti tra amici.

Nonostante comprendessi le dinamiche del locale, il vero problema è sorto quando, dopo aver pagato al tavolo, mi sono recato alla cassa con la massima educazione per chiedere cortesemente se fosse possibile cambiare €50, dato che un amico aveva anticipato il pagamento per me. In quel preciso istante, sono stato bruscamente interrotto e ripreso dal buttafuori, il quale mi ha preso dal braccio in modo troppo aggressivo e scorbutico, nonostante io sia stato completamente calmo e rispettoso.

Comprendo pienamente il fatto che la cassa non è obbligata a cambiarmi il denaro, detto questo credo ci siano modi e modi per comunicare.

Questa esperienza mi ha fatto capire che in un locale così frequentato il bar sembra preoccuparsi unicamente di incassare il denaro, ignorando completamente il benessere e il rispetto dovuto ai clienti, a fronte di prezzi decisamente altissimi. Mi auguro sinceramente che il bar "Just" riconsideri il proprio approccio nei confronti della clientela, perché un simile comportamento è inaccettabile in...
