This asian/fusion restaurant is in a beautiful position, facing an elegant square, one of the most important theaters of the city and a nice street heading to the sunset. The inside features an original decor, even if not very practical, but certainly suggestive. The food choice is wide, as it is usual in this kind of place, and the quality is generally good. However, the ordering system is a bit tricky, as they give a single tablet per table, and everyone has to order independently, taking turns passing the tablet from one to another. Since the menu is quite extensive, this operation is long. Additionally, as most patrons order with the all-you-can-eat option, the service is a bit slovenly, and even if one orders a-la-carte they don't care very much to check if the servings match the orders, so making mistakes. The food quality is ok, but nothing special. The place instead is very nice. Although the place was pleasant I found it too big, dispersive and I experienced a certain discomfort (but this is my subjective feeling due to the fact that I don't like very crowded places where you are constantly listening to the conversations of the other diners). The other unpleasant factor that I have experienced is the wait between one course and another, even of over an hour: I have seen some people threaten the waiters to leave and others who, paradoxically, continued to see dishes arrive at the their table. Sono stata in questo locale per cena alle 20:00 e, appena arrivate, ci è stato comunicato che avremmo dovuto lasciare il tavolo entro le 21:30. Siamo state accompagnate in una stanza eccessivamente affollata, con molti più tavoli del dovuto, al punto che eravamo tutti praticamente attaccati. Ci hanno sistemate accanto a un altro tavolo, formando di fatto un’unica lunga tavolata, un dettaglio poco piacevole per chi desidera cenare in tranquillità. Abbiamo avuto l’impressione che alcune coppie ricevessero un trattamento preferenziale nella scelta dei tavoli, venendo sistemate in zone più belle e riservate, mentre noi ci siamo ritrovate in uno spazio molto ristretto. Ovviamente potrebbe essere stata solo una nostra sensazione, ma la differenza di trattamento ci è sembrata evidente e un po’ spiacevole. La situazione era talmente scomoda che i camerieri, per servire i piatti, erano costretti a passare attaccati ai tavoli, arrivando a sfiorarci con piatti e corpo e facendo risultare la situazione mentalmente stancante. Il cibo era di qualità medio-bassa e per nulla all’altezza del prezzo. Inoltre, c’era un limite agli ordini, per cui alle 20:40 avevamo ricevuto pochissimi piatti. Come se non bastasse, poco dopo è arrivato il direttore di sala per ricordarci che avremmo dovuto lasciare il tavolo a breve, cosa già di per sé fastidiosa visto il contesto. Addirittura, ben mezz’ora prima della scadenza del nostro tempo, ci hanno ritirato i tablet per gli ordini, nonostante avessimo diritto a restare fino alle 21:30 e non avessimo ancora finito di mangiare giustamente. L’esperienza è stata ulteriormente peggiorata dalla situazione nei bagni: erano sporchi e, oltre a questo, una dipendente ci fissava in modo insistente e poco piacevole, con atteggiamento che ci ha messo a disagio. Il personale, in generale, è stato sgradevole e poco accogliente. L’unico aspetto positivo è che il locale è esteticamente molto bello, ben arredato e curato nei dettagli, ma purtroppo è solo apparenza: l’esperienza complessiva è stata pessima e non all’altezza delle aspettative.
