The worst service I have ever had. Everything in rush. Expected that customer knows Italian and the work flow of this "gellateria". Customer should explain, order and pay in one place. And then go to another place to get the order. But here customer should again explain what is in the order and only on Italian. I have ordered coffee cream from menu. I stopped by intrigued by the Dutch mini pancakes, but unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to our expectations. The pancakes weren’t cooked properly, still a bit raw inside. I also asked for two types of toppings on only half the pancakes, in small amounts, but I was still charged the full price for the topping, despite the minimal quantity. Sconsigliato. Oggi ho ordinato un mojito e mi è arrivato un bicchiere di acqua fresca leggermente aromatizzato. Zucchero pochissimo, menta per nulla pestata, rum pochissimo. Tralasciando sul come sia stato eseguito chiedo gentilmente alla barista se mi può aggiungere del rum (avevo consumato solo 1 cm di bevanda), lei prima ci tiene a rispondere che il cocktail è esatto così, che lei ha seguito la ricetta perfettamente, quindi di conseguenza mi sta dando dell' ignorante nonostante che sono 23 anni che bevo mojito in quanto è il mio cocktail preferito. Le chiedo se comunque può farmi una leggera aggiunta e dopo pochi minuti arriva con un bicchiere di rum (eccessivo) da farmi pagare 5 euro a parte....al che le dico di no perché io non voglio un bicchiere di rum ma solo un aggiunta piccolissima per dare un po' di sapore all'acqua fresca...mi risponde che non sa se si può fare....va a parlare con la responsabile...e torna con lo stesso bicchiere di rum ma svuotato...e mi dice che costa 2 euro se li voglio pagare sennò faccio io...quindi trattato con supponenza e come un pezzente solo per aver chiesto mezzo centimetro di rum in più in un cocktail che forse fatto a casa da un inesperto sarebbe venuto meglio...ci vuole proprio poco a fare di meglio di questa barista forse alle prime armi ma che di certo deve ancora fare esperienza con...
