We have been here for the good reviews and were not disappointed. The place is very new so there are not many reviews but this place is surely worth a visit! If other places have things they call a "chees plate", this one is really worth the name. I did not want to eat cheese for several days because it was so much and we could not stop eating, soooo delicious. Also the young owner is very nice and explains everything you need to know about the cheese and all his food. The place itself is very nicely decorated and you have a kind of feeling as if you are at a friends place or at home. Also very clean. So happy to have found this place when I was in Pienza! They had the best pecorino cheeses and had a great wine selection! I was also happy that they had some great Italian craft beer.

Inside the place is pretty big and has a really comfortable atmosphere. It’s a fun place that is definitely worth a stop, if nothing else to have a glass of wine and chat with the owner!

To sum it up, great food, great drinks, great atmosphere and great music!

If you want something else than the regular Tuscan cheeses and cured meats, this is the place to go. They really try to make something different, and you won't find pasta or pizza there. However, what they make, they make really good. We had beef tartare with peanut butter, which was very innovative and tasteful.
