Barcollo Bar — Restaurant in Venice

04/23/2022 I ordered a shrimp pizza. However, they brought a pizza with cheese - margarita. The pizza really wasn’t bad but the service was disastrous. So we waited a long time until one of the waiters came. Finally a young waiter came and called the boss since english was not his strong suit. The chef came in a few minutes and confirmed it wasn’t the pizza I ordered. He didn't even look me in the face but looked around and muttered that it was their fault and apologized. That is not a credible excuse for me. It is clear to me that we are considered only tourists who will not return anyway, but such behavior is unacceptable. Finally the waitress came who brought the wrong dish. I expected also her to apologize, but she didn't. She charged and reluctantly returned the rest since I didn’t want to tip them. The whole vibe around was just off — no beautiful buildings, just old, run-down ones with no charm or interesting architecture.
