Bussola cocktail lab — Restaurant in Venice

It was hard for me to rear this restaurant because there is a big gap in quality between the pizzas and the cocktails. The food deserves two stars. The pizza crust is too crunchy and dry and the toppings are sparse. The pepperoni pizza had five slices of meat, not even enough to have one meat per side of pie. They did not use fresh mozzarella for the Margherita and no basil or tomatoes. It was really just a cheese pizza. I had a wonderful cocktail called the Costello. There are two drinks on their menu with the same name. The one I had was their homemade ginger liqueur, fresh mint and fresh strawberries. It was lovely. I give it for stars. The only reason I wouldn't give it five stars is because it is very pricey and served in a short glass. The atmosphere is trendy and people party here into the wee hours...

Had an absolute blast here ! Our hotel was somewhere near this bar and we happen to stumble upon in one night while in Venice. WE heard some music and saw the crowd of people, so decided to go in. This is a late night spot that keeps the partying going. I was pretty surprised because it was such a small place. There are tables outside tooo, which many people were at drinking. The bartender was amazing ! He was so friendly and fun. The drinks were pretty cheap and the bartenderr made great drinks. Everyone in tthe bar was dancing and having fun. We made a pit stop to relax over a couple of drinks. I was happy to see that cocktails are reasonably priced here. Mr. Joy and I enjoyed a negroni and a mojito for 15€. We sat on top of some stools that faced a burnished mirror on one side. I was also happy to see that drinks are served with complimentary chips. Who doesn't like free snacks?
