Caffè Libano — Restaurant in Venice

I do NOT recommend this cafe, under any circumstances.

My experience at this cafe was very disappointing.

Service: The staff was very inattentive and rude.

Cleanliness: The cups were dirty, and there were traces of previous visitors on the tables. Unfortunately, no photo of the dirty cups was taken due to upset feelings, but the fact was

Food: We ordered "Tiramisu." To be fair, the dessert was quite edible.

Price: For such services, the prices seem significantly overpriced.

Unfortunately, my visit was further complicated by issues with the beverages. I ordered green tea, but they brought mint tea, to which I am allergic. The menu did not indicate that green tea was served with mint, and, unfortunately, I had to pay twice. When the tea was replaced with black tea (as there was no plain green tea available), I was still charged for two teas.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this cafe and believe that management should focus on...

Don't bother. The menu consists of microwave ready meals at exorbitant prices that the only member of staff didnt know how to reheat given the frantic phone conversation she had after we placed an order before an even more frantic search through the freezer using the menu for reference. On producing 4 tiny frozen meals which would have come to 56 euros before she inflated the price we paid for our drinks and left. Huge tourist trap and shameful prices. An absolute disgrace for a country renowned for its cuisine. Avoid...

It was, without a doubt, the worst place I've been to in Venice. They're scammers. They charged me 22 euros for two affogatos and two cannolos. Furthermore, when you go to pay, they don't show you a receipt for the price of the products.
