Nino and Friends — Local services in Venice

We had an amazing time shopping at Nino and Friends. From the moment we stepped into the store, we were greeted with samples of their signature chocolates, which were absolutely delicious. They then offered us tastings of their limoncello in various flavors, with the melon being a standout, followed closely by the classic lemon.

The shop also offers a variety of spices and an extensive range of chocolates. If you find yourself in this part of Venice, it's definitely worth a visit. We had already purchased a hamper from them and will surely be returning...

After dinner, and a few too many glasses of Prosecco, we stumbled past this shop with a chocolate waterfall in the front window and were instantly drawn in. Especially when we saw they were handing out free samples. The salesman picked up on my openness to try their delicacies and after wooing me with truffle salts and balsamic pearls I was hooked. I don't even remember what my bill was, but it was likely pretty high. But worth every euro and definitely worth being hit-on by a very friendly Italian man feeding...
