If you don’t really care about the quality of the food that you are eating and you are just hungry and want a nice view then this place is perfect for that..The view is truly beautiful at their terrace, but the food was very bad. They say on the menu that some things might be frozen, but I didn’t expect this to mean that the food is still frozen when you get it..I had the ‘breaded chicken with potatoes’ and everything was half coldish and the texture was hard, it clearly wasn’t defrosted good enough. We actually decided to go to this place because they say on their menu they serve gluten free pizza, but when we arrived they said they didn’t have that at that moment. EL PEOR BAR EN EL QUE HE ESTADO, LA JEFA ME INSULTO!! Fuimos mi grupo de amigos a comer después de una larga caminata por los precios aceptables que tienen. Lo que no sabiamos era lo que venia después...Pedimos el pescado del dia, el cual nunca llego y fue sustituido por salmon, el cual no era fresco, sino ahumado, cosa que nunca se nos dijo. Sustituyeron un pescado fresco del dia por un plato con unos cuantos trozos pequeños de salmon ahumado mal puestos! Sin contar que tardaron mas de 40 minutos! Una vergüenza. El resto de comida, pasta y pizza, de bajisima calidad, no vale ni un euro de lo que pone!! Horroroso. Mis amigos y yo llevamos 1 año viviendo en italia y es lo mas lamentable que hemos comido. Descontentos con esto, pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones antes de pagar, y se negaron a darnosla, diciendo que no la tenian! Llamaron incluso a su jefa, una persona totalmente loca y desquiciada que se puso a gritarnos sin dejarnos hablar y diciendo mentiras, diciendo que no queriamos pagar la comida, cuando era mentira, empezó a insultarme cuando le estaba explicando nuestra situación de manera respetuosa!!!! Es sin duda el peor trato que he recibido en mi vida. No solo esto, sino que hizo como si llamara a la policia y nunca la llamo, imagino que era porque estaba acojonada por no tener los papeles en orden de su local. Una completa vergüenza. COMO SE ATREVE A INSULTAR A LOS CONSUMIDORES QUE VAN A SU BAR?!?!?!? Dado que nos fuimos sin poner nada en la hoja de reclamaciones, le hemos hecho una denuncia personalizada que le llegará de manera legal directamente a su bar, dadas las malas maneras y el mal rato innecesario que nos hizo pasar. Espero que NADIE vaya a este bar, nada más que por el mal trato de la jefa. Sin embargo, los empleados fueron atentos con nosotros, pero esto no es para nada suficiente cuando la comida es de mala calidad y luego te llevas...

This was the worst dining experience of my life. Waiter acted like it was the biggest hassle to serve us. We ordered 2 breakfasts with hot drink and juice and another with a hot drink. We asked if we could have cold coffees as it was 36 degrees and he pretty much acted like it was completely impossible. We received 3 pretty warm coffees, no juice and a couple pieces of ham and cheese. When we went to pay, they charged us an extra 10€ for the “cold coffees” even though we never received any of the other drinks we ordered. Staff were super unapproachable, not one friendly face.
