Bar Cavallino — Restaurant in Verona

The worst bar ever. Extremely rude personnel. I asked to go to a bathroom as my toddler was about to pee. They said only for guests. I said we order something and they thought I do not understand Italian commented very rude in front of other guests.

Once we were out they forced me to order something. Of course I said no to the rude guy.

They followed me and even cried “.Uck you and your family’’. Almost spoiled the experience in the town. But then our hotel warned us that they do not recommend to other guests to visit the bar because of nasty experience of other guests. That the owner is well known in the town to be rude and arrogant.

I do not know how they exist. Definitely the worst...

Unfortunately for whatever reason all power outlets are covered, for someone like me wanting to relax for hour not being able to charge my phone meant after my first purchase I took my business elsewhere.

Edit: Review score lowered due to response to review. I originally thought the staff were friendly and scored service highly perhaps I misunderstood due to language barrier. The response tells me differently.

I would encourage any would be customers to try another cafe 2 mins down the street for excellent service. In a city of nice cafés there is always a rotten...

Nice little bar close to the amphitheater. We had some drinks in this bar before the opera started. Very nice drinks for a good price. Unfortunately i forgot my shirt and my sunglasses at the bar on Thursday 25. 7 in the room before the toilet and cannot reach the bar because there is no telephone number indicated.
