Louis Vuitton — Local services in Verona

The extremely rude experience with staff (a Taiwanese girl and an Italian girl with long hair) is something awful. They refused to sell items to my Chinese friends they were having in the store, unless they were willing to buy also a clothes (forcing someone to buy what they do not want is ILLEGAL). After being called by them, and after explained them to call the Police because of the illegal act of not selling the bag, they magically managed to sell it. Not only: the bag had a defect (the c of “Made in France” was badly printed) so we had to change it (obviously in another boutique). So let’s make the point: you was not willing to sell a bag because you wanted to force Chinese friends to buy also something else (and I know this fact happens also in other Lv stores, just against Chinese people, so it’s also discrimination), then the bag sold (because I managed to help my friends) was even defective... you know you cannot sell bags with defects, RIGHT? I attach photos of the bag. I know this fact also happens in other LV stores (the fact of not selling items to Chinese people or to force them to buy other things in addition, still talking about ILLEGAL actions), but sorry for you, with me and my friends these behaviors don’t work. Obviously other reviews are good, because it seems clear you keep bad behavior only against Chinese people, but my friends know the law very much thanks to me... it’s only a pity I haven’t called the Police the same because I have not so much free time to spend in these things, because I think it was a better deal to call the Police (also considering the bag sold at the end...

Sales rep was extremely rude from the time we entered to when we left. When we entered he was very unenthusiastic and didn’t seem to want to help us find what we were looking for. Then upon getting to the belt section I was asking to see two different belts and he told me to wait (in a rude tone) so his friend who also worked at the store could take a picture of some random object. And then proceeded to come off annoyed as if I was interrupting him and his friend from gossiping. For a clothing store like this that type of behavior is unacceptable. I left and took my business to the Gucci store down the street who had excellent customer service and...

The store is really good with a nice selection of items. I think the service differed greatly between here and the Milan store.

Purchase a wallet in Milan and was treated very professionally and politely, box and receipt came nicely with a ribbon. In Verona it was as if they wanted to just sell and move on quickly, purchased a pocket organiser with the same box, no ribbon just into the box and out you go. Not very helpful. Was served by a lady named Erica who needs to smile more and be more polite.
