illy Coffee — Restaurant in Verona

Today I went for a cappuccino freddo and the girl this morning had no idea what it was. She was new. Thankfully, there was an employee who had worked longer told her how to make it. It was perfect and amazing. It was served how it should be in the tall cup. Then before I left the mall I wanted to get one more. I only get these when I visit Verona. It is the only reason my husband will go to this mall. We have been getting them for a year and visit twice each shopping trip for a total of four a visit. The girl tonight served me it completely wrong. When I asked she told me that it is now served in a regular cappuccino cup. It was awful. She skipped the sugar so the taste was beyond bitter. Because it was served in a cappuccino cup it has less milk and less foam. She didn't put any powdered chocolate on top either. She told me this is how it is done now. I told her i literally just had two a few hours ago made correctly and served in the right glass. It was really upsetting to spend so much money on a "luke warm" cappuccino. I am afraid unless I see the old employees like the guy, Illy caffe will be skipped on our visits. Shame. We can go any where for Illy coffee but this cafe had amazing...

Although I'm a big fan of Illy Coffee, that's my last time I went to grab a coffee here.

On 2nd January, I ordered a coffee and I kindly asked if it's possible to wash a drinking bottle for our baby, and maybe warm up some milk. We were right away rejected and felt really awful immediately.. Luckily, on the same floor we made doing the same without consuming anything there.

What can I say more. This situation and coffee place I want to forget...

Maleducatissima e per nulla professionale la barista di oggi . Giovedì 20 luglio alle 12.20. Pagato con 20€ super sicuro .mi da il resto per 5 € , faccio notare l’errore e con super maleducazione e arroganza mi dice che lei ha incassato 5 € . Toglie dal cassetto i 20€ per dirmi che ne ha solo 2 . Ed era sicura di averne solo 2 . Uno dei 2 pezzi ha la stessa piega dei miei nel portafogli,gli e lo mostri e lei imperterrita mi risponde nuovamente male . Dicendomi di stare più attento . Avrei voluto vedere il video della Sorveglianza . Alla fine non ho bevuto nemmeno io caffè . Gentili responsabili attenti a chi mettete in cassa...
