I love this spot! The food is always fresh and beautiful presented and the service is very high quality . They make some of the best hugo's and aperol spritz and always go above and beyond expectations. The ambiance is fresh and up to date with still having the beautiful architectural design italy is so famous for. Everyone here is a joy to be around. Di passaggio una sera post concorsi nazionali alberghieri ho voluto togliermi uno sfizio per un cocktail che anche se codificato iba non viene sempre esposto nei menù, il Mary Pickford. Il barman Gianni mi ha STUPITO un cocktail davvero fenomenale, oltre che negli standard prestabiliti, eccezionale il rispetto di ogni discorso relativo in primis al discorso bicchiere e alla decorazione; bella e fantasiosa a cui inizialmente non avevo molto fatto caso, ma poi sentendo un leggero odore di menta, ho notato che, era inserita all'interno della fragola una cima di menta come se fosse il suo normale picciolo. Servizio competente e simpatico, sia del ragazzo che della ragazza, prezzo non da tutti i giorni ma ovviamente da fuori menù ma che ugualmente ri-spenderei volentierissimo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e soprattutto al barista competente, in cui ho trovato una figura specializzatissima, super professionale e veramente alla mano. Se dovessi ricapitare in zona sicuramente questo sarebbe un posto dove tornei piu che volentieri.

Una piacevole sorpresa per noi che da Treviso siamo venuti a Vicenza a visitare questa splendida città. Il locale è in una location molto bella e suggestiva, ricavato in un vecchio magazzino con secoli di storia. Consigliatissimi gli "spunciotti" (€ 1,30), un finger food tipico della città, tartine farcite in tanti modi diversi (quando siamo stati noi ne avevano 22 varietà diverse). Per quanto riguarda i piatti caldi abbiamo preso due ottimi baccalà alla vicentina con polenta (€ 6,00) mentre per i vini (€ 3-4,50 al calice a seconda della tipologia) ci siamo fatti consigliare dal bravissimo e velocissimo titolare. Insomma, quattro spunciotti, quattro calici di vino e due baccalà con polenta totale 32 €, direi tutti meritati per la qualità dei cibi, l'ottimo servizio e la location particolare. Sarà una tappa fissa ogni volta che verremo a visitare Vicenza.

Horrible service for tourists and locals. Rude waiters. As they are in the square they know they gonna get people so they don’t mind mistreating you. We requested a reservation months in advance because we were a biggish group, they said no. We arrived there on the said day, they complained we hadn’t taken a reservation. We took on some tables, after a couple of hours they came in to take them from us cause they wanted to give it to other posible customers (no one was waiting for tables) we were left standing. You wait til death until someone comes by all the other tables and decides at the end to stop by yours. Then you ask for drinks, wait for 10 minutes ish for 1 Negroni (7€) + spritz Bitter (4€) + lemonade(4€) & Fanta (4€) =19€. You have to pay at the moment of delivery. Then HE takes the 20€ bill says that he is going to be back for the 1€ return and he never comes back avoiding eyes contact for your 45 minutes stay enjoying your drinks. See you soon NOT. Basically never leave bad reviews, however the service was so poor here it felt necessary to do so. We came with a large group, including many Italians, so there was no language barrier. We were constantly moved by a waitress who looked annoyed we had even showed up to the bar. We tried to book in April but they wouldn’t allow it but then asked why we hadn’t booked when we arrived. Clearly it’s a great bar, in a great location, but just some basic manners would help. Will not...
