FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW IN JAPAN (over the past 2 months). You make a triple bacon cheeseburger, or a single bacon cheeseburger. When I asked for a double bacon cheeseburger, it was not possible. You must not like money or care about customer's wishes. Instead of spending ¥6000 at your business, I went elsewhere and happily spent more. Figure out how to do business, if you need to charge ¥1000 yen to add bacon to a burger... Do it. It isn't a difficult proposition. Instead, I walked out because you are obstinate and inflexible.
Edit: this is fun...
You literally could have taken one patty from a triple and fed it to the homeless animals around your business. I would have paid the same price.
Loud noises and gestures... First, I am really confused here because your staff "was" kind and I thought I was too. Until I heard the report he gave back to you. Second, you had zero customers, so don't lie, or maybe you will continue to have zero. It is your way or the highway...I chose the highway because you have no clue how to run a business or take care of customers wishes. Customers are how you actually make money so, best of luck to you.... Further insulting them, not a good look, get it...

The fries were fine but quite salty which is why I wanted the salad. This made me sad ;o(
Now about the decor and the name Jurassic. The restaurant is decorated in Coleman outdoor gear with lanterns, astroturf flooring, and barbecue-type camping chairs. This is okay, yet there were about five small plastic dinosaurs placed on my table. Hmm. I spent most of the meal pondering this odd decor- while dabbing the grease of my shorts. But the burger was okay - even...
Read more@Luke W this isn't America you entitled embarrassment. My fiance and I visited Jurassic burger and we had a delicious meal. The staff was friendly and we were astonished at how delicious the food was. If you're visiting asahikawa and are feeling slightly homesick I promise you that this food will satisfy your craving. The patty was delicious and juicy, the cheese was melty and flavorful. The staff was kind and the food came out quickly. To the owners: please ignore reviews from losers like Luke W, they represent the part of the United States that we wanted to escape from. Continue doing what you're doing. I find the cultural fusion in this area amazing! I see restaurants like Jurassic burger and Club Brooklyn (also delicious) as pioneers. My fiance and I thank you for the hospitality...
