The cafe is run by a famous hotel chain, Hoshino Resort.
You can walk in there if you don’t stay at the hotel.
Everything is so pretty that you can feel the uniqueness of Asahikawa from their interior. I had a cup of cheesecake.
It is called a cheesecake which you can drink.
It has three layers, strawberry mouth on the cheese batter and crunchy cookie on the top.

You can also enjoy a special Mont Blanc.
You can pour the Mont Blanc cream on the cake. It was quite fun that you could complete making the sweet by yourself.

Very elegant café with classy atmosphere although there's not much decoration. I've tried their new Spring sweets collection, offering free drink bar choice. Terrine Chocolat, Coconut Citrus Choux and Lemon Yuzu Tart - all looked even more eye-blessing than in promotional poster, and tasted like delication. Not sure how the Café would look like on normal business days though, since there were not many anybody else but me when I visited.
