The soup arrives sizzling in its bowl, and the dried shrimp provides both texture and crush to an excellent bowl of flavor. The noodles themselves are no slouch, either - they have a slight flavor to them and are slightly chewy. The service is excellent too - the waitress automatically serves up the wari soup for your tsukemen as she notices you deplete your bowl....
