If I remember correctly, the main noodle menus are chuuka soba, chashyuu ramen, tokusei kumaneko ramen, and shrimp wonton ramen which are plenty to choose for starters. There are also side menus that include onigiri, gyoza, monja yaki? and chashyuu gohan. So, I went with chuuka soba and chashyuu gohan on the side. First off, the broth was unique, flavorful and hearty as they used fish as a soup base. The noodle was cooked to a perfection with slight al-dente to my liking. The topping was adequate. Japanese chashyuu is delicious for its succulent and fork-tender texture. It's quiet understandable since they just opened their shop. Apart from that, the main star of the show would be their chasyuu gohan. Unlike the ramen chasyuu, their rice chasyuu was cooked differently and they did it right.
