great place for vegans and vegetarians in beppu! it is really hard to find vegan food in beppu, and i wanted to try sushi at a sushi train so decided to come here. it is a pretty standard sushi train, with a screen that you can use to order your own food. vegan / vegetarian options include cucumber maki, natto roll, natto maki, natto and yam maki, pickled raddish maki, and inari. this was enough to fill me and my partner up, but there is always kitsune udon if you eat fish sauce / dashi. id definitely recommend for vegans in beppu who are sick of coco...
