The omurice with beef was really good, i really like the combination with the sauce, however some beef parts still tastes cold, i don't understand how that could happen. Since Ranzy is popular with their parfaits, i could say they did a great job with that (i have no picture 😭), their brownie and milkshake was also enjoyable with reasonable pricing 👍🏻 I think their service could still be improved in the future. Other than that, great job 👏🏻

The omurice with beef was really good, i really like the combination with the sauce, however some beef parts still tastes cold, i don't understand how that could happen. Since Ranzy is popular with their parfaits, i could say they did a great job with that (i have no picture 😭), their brownie and milkshake was also enjoyable with reasonable pricing 👍🏻 I think their service could still be improved in the future. Other than that, great job 👏🏻

I visited around 2 p.m. on Saturday. I climbed up the steep stairs and made eye contact with the person in the kitchen through the glass door, but they looked at me in a very bad way. When I went up the steep stairs, the staff exchanged eyes with the kitchen staff and told me to leave without any explanation or apology. They don't seem to have any service minds. ^^

I always recommend ranzu cafe to many people who doesn’t know where to dine in near Beppu station but it gave me a reason not to bother going there again. We went there twice, the first one we understood that there’s too many people. However, the second time we visited, while there were free seats, they shooed us the moment we went in to look. While there wasn’t any words, we felt discriminated. They were not welcoming at all.

The omurice with beef was really good, i really like the combination with the sauce, however some beef parts still tastes cold, i don't understand how that could happen. Since Ranzy is popular with their parfaits, i could say they did a great job with that (i have no picture 😭), their brownie and milkshake was also enjoyable with reasonable pricing 👍🏻 I think their service could still be improved in the future.
