After trying all the sushi go round places, I've learned that hama is the most English friendly of the 3 in the small area. They take all the cards too, however they will not split bills for your table. Matcha tea is included with your meal, even though there's nowhere really that it says it is. It's just at the table. All the things you need are also at the table such as your spoons, chopsticks, napkins, matcha powder and hot water, etc. The hot water here you get by turning the knob and having the cup underneath of it to catch the water. Their tablet menu is very clear for the most part. You can see what you've ordered, whether it's been delivered and total price at all times. There are two rows where the food can come, but it will always arrive to you (unlike another chain) so it's much more dummy proof. There is no extra food that comes along that can make it confusing as well. If you order certain items however, it will be brought to you on a tray (such as drinks) because I think it avoids spillage. We have been here many times now. It is my partner's favorite place to eat. We go there a lot because he likes the ease of ordering here. Favorite things to get? Include the pork ramen, chowan mushi, chicken cartilage and really any sushi that has been seared and salted or with yuzu. It really just adds so much more flavor to it. The best dessert we had was the pudding which reminded me more of a flan. Parking is available in a private medium sized lot. I would recommend leaving through the back way if you want to exit by using a traffic stop.

Hama sushi is your standard conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Prices are very affordable and the sushi is pretty decent. Went around noon on a weekend and the place was packed. Waited about 30 minutes or so to get a seat. Once seated, the sushi was delicious and was delivered promptly via the conveyer belts. You order on a tablet which offers options in English or Japanese. Atmosphere was a bit chaotic due to the location being busy, lots of noise, and the waiting area was crowded. Lots of kids running around. Other than that, the food is good and the prices are amazing for what you get. I recommend this place to anyone who wants some decent quality sushi while not wanting to break the bank. Location also offers takeout.

Wow! Not only was the food delicious, the price was even better. Certainly not "cheap" because the food tasted good and was presented well, as most places in Japan. The plates were not big, so you will order a bit more. Even so, the cost was surprising, and my friends and I we're wondering if they missed anything. My friends enjoyed the food they ordered, and I loved my chicken, fries, ramen, and ice cream. Do intend on going back soon. A nice little place to stop by for some food, to relax with friends, and do not have to worry it hurting your wallet. The employees were also nice, and quick on getting the food to you. Recommend to whomever has not been yet. 👌🏽

The manager GLUED a “Don’t park here” sign (not just a dab on the corners but a ludicrous amount) to my windshield AND driver’s side window. My car was parked there for a short time while I visited my friend (before the restaurant even opened). I left just before 11am, which is when the restaurant opens, and saw that I had fat paper aggressively glued to my car. I asked the manager why he had to GLuE it and he became angry, called me a nuisance and threatened to call the police. I still cannot get all the glue off. He is a bitter, bitter grinch. The food is less than mediocre. If it were an option I would put negative 5 stars.

If you are in Okinawa, you have to go to Hamazushi. At lunchtime I eat about 10 plates of delicious sushi and my bill is like 900 yen. The sushi is top quality. In the States that much sushi would easily cost $50. The best part though is the experience. Sushi comes around on a conveyor belt and you just take what you want and stack your plates. At the end they count your stack and you go pay. You can order whatever dish you want Ns they will send it on the belt to you. Very fun, must go. I will not eat lunch anywhere else on the island.

There is something somewhat new that made me want to stop by today even though I went twice already this weekend. XD Okay I’m going to spill the beans, it was the amazing Boba! Yes, Hamasushi now has great boba (tapioca) drinks the milk with Okinawan brown sugar runs out very quickly! Make sure you order some if you want some quality boba. Also I loved the Iced Coffee with boba at this place. I got a spicy ramen and boba iced coffee during my lunch. My drink came fast and the perfect meal for my short lunch. I’ll be back soon for my boba fix.
