After trying all the sushi go round places, I've learned that hama is the most English friendly of the 3 in the small area.
They take all the cards too, however they will not split bills for your table. Matcha tea is included with your meal, even though there's nowhere really that it says it is. It's just at the table. All the things you need are also at the table such as your spoons, chopsticks, napkins, matcha powder and hot water, etc. The hot water here you get by turning the knob and having the cup underneath of it to catch the water.
Their tablet menu is very clear for the most part. You can see what you've ordered, whether it's been delivered and total price at all times. There are two rows where the food can come, but it will always arrive to you (unlike another chain) so it's much more dummy proof. There is no extra food that comes along that can make it confusing as well.
If you order certain items however, it will be brought to you on a tray (such as drinks) because I think it avoids spillage.
We have been here many times now. It is my partner's favorite place to eat. We go there a lot because he likes the ease of ordering here.
Favorite things to get? Include the pork ramen, chowan mushi, chicken cartilage and really any sushi that has been seared and salted or with yuzu. It really just adds so much more flavor to it. The best dessert we had was the pudding which reminded me more of a flan.
Parking is available in a private medium sized lot. I would recommend leaving through the back way if you want to exit by using a...

I read the reviews and honestly everybody was raving about conveyor belt sushi. I figured I would give it a try and I was not disappointed. The variety, freshness, and speed with which food was delivered to me was outstanding. Luckily I went by myself so I got to sit at a counter very quickly otherwise the restaurant was very crowded for the dinner Time Rush. I would highly recommend any of the items that I ate which are listed above as they were all delicious. 10 plates in total of sushi and a large bowl of ramen was less than $17.00. I would say it was definitely worth the money and an...
Read moreHama sushi is your standard conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Prices are very affordable and the sushi is pretty decent. Went around noon on a weekend and the place was packed. Waited about 30 minutes or so to get a seat. Once seated, the sushi was delicious and was delivered promptly via the conveyer belts. You order on a tablet which offers options in English or Japanese. Atmosphere was a bit chaotic due to the location being busy, lots of noise, and the waiting area was crowded. Lots of kids running around. Other than that, the food is good and the prices are amazing for what you get. I recommend this place to anyone who wants some decent quality sushi while not wanting to break the bank. Location also...
