UNION BURGER — Restaurant in Fujikawaguchiko

Be advised, that in some parts of Japan they intentionally grind up cartilage in the beef to add “texture”… other than the off-putting bites of rubbery cartilage/gristle and being under-seasoned; it wasn’t that terrible a burger. I just wish they weren’t committed to “use the entire cut” in a burger where one shouldn’t be met with that texture. Chips were mediocre, lemonade good, good bun/cheese/veggies, and service was impeccable. I guess I just went in with too high hopes for a wagyu...

Somewhat over priced but the burger was good and tender. Fries came way too much later than the burger. They came in a little cup (why so cheap? They're fries...) and had no condiments with them like mayonnaise or ketchup. There is crowded packed seating on one side of the truck and a lonely table at the front ordering side. Not much atmosphere either way. The bottom line is that it's a great burger but there are better value meals...

They were awesome! I only wanted a single cheeseburger and they accommodated. Fresh, fast, very friendly and excellent service. I didn’t want to eat the bun so I asked for a fork, they didn’t have any so they provided me with silverware from their kitchen. Very polite happy and helpful staff. Delicious cheeseburger and fresh hot fries! They were out of banana shakes which is the only reason they didn’t...
