Hareruya — Restaurant in Fujisawa

We were attracted by the write up of its senior chef pasted at the front shop but when we entered the shop, we realized the ones doing the cooking were two young men in their twenties at most. Worried that the food may not be as good, we ordered just a bowl of ramen. But it turned out to be so much better than many other ramen shops we had visited, and in fact very close in terms of standard to Kyoto’s famous Ippudo ramen. It was so good that we ordered a second bowl with extra meat that melts...

I came here a few times already, and it's been really delicious every time!

So far I tried the Miso Ramen, Tsukemen, and Soy-Sauce Ramen. All of them are really good. Only one time, it had a little bit too much of garlic. Otherwise, I can really recommend going here.

Also, very friendly owner and staff. It's always fun to have a small conversation while getting a cold beer!! If you're in the area and feel like eating ramen, it's definitely worth...

A nice little family restaurant with English menu. It would be even nicer if they put the English names on the self-serving order machine. Soup is bit on the salty side but tasty. The egg is pretty special, hard whites but soft and juicy yolk. Ramen texture is elastic and springy. Would definitely recommend to anyone going...
