The waffles were really good. It's more like hong kong styled egg waffles paired with ice creams and whipped cream. We ordered chocolate & chocolate and chocolate banana. Both were good. Coffee was ok, the hand drip coffee was around 520yen.

激しい雨にあってしまい。半ば雨宿り的な感じで入店しました。スティック型のワッフルと写真の紙コップに入ったワッフルをそれぞれ食べました。紙コップに入ってるからコンパクトに見えるけど食べてみるとボリュームがありました。タピオカも亀ゼリーのような濃厚な味がありしっかりとした質高いモノなんじゃないかと思います。滞在型店舗とテイクアウト型店舗ならこの有り様はまさにテイクアウト型。今はコロナで集客が落ちてるぶん滞在客向けには皿に盛り付けて目で楽しませる事によりリピート率向上を狙ってみては。これだけの量の食材なら皿に盛り付けするだけでだいぶボリューム出ると思います。 もしこれがテイクアウト型メニューだとすると650円は高いかも。客単価上げたいのは分かるが、テイクアウト型スイーツは安ければ300円〜ぐらいの価格レンジ。 50円差ぐらいでだいぶ客の反応は大きく変わってくる。クレープのように細かくメニュー分けして選択肢があった方がいいと思う。 また入口はタペストリーでメニューを見せてるがレジにあるメニューは文字になっていて結局どういうメニューなのか分からなかった。外にまた出て写真を見て 注文を決めて再入店するというハメになりもどかしい、メニューは写真で見せてほしい。またタブレットでレジを打ってましたが熟練していないのか店員さんが戸惑いながらやってました。一番リーダー格っぽい人でこれだと繁忙期はヤバいと思います。要改善かなと思います。 ただ居心地はいい店でした。

Pretty bad food and service. The male shopkeeper is impolite and disrespectful. After checking other comments, we also see in the comments that they are rude to kids and talk bad about customer behinds their back, which are unacceptable . We regret that we didn’t check the comments first and buy food in this shop with immoral...
